When you send an e-mail using the CONTACT ME page on liddellgrainger.org.uk (or somersetwest.org.uk or sedgemoor.org.uk) all details entered into the form are e-mailed to Ian Liddell-Grainger.

The details and messages are also recorded in a secure database so that if the e-mail fails then the message may still get through. The message will be kept for reference and Ian Liddell-Grainger, or a representative acting on Ian's instructions, may use the database records in the future to communicate with you (for example to keep you informed about progress with an issue reported or an opportunity to meet with your local MP.

Your personal details will NOT be forwarded (or sold) to any other organisation or third party unless you give permission to do so. Your message may be passed to others if it is relevant to do so - but your personal details (i.e. your name and contact details) will not be shared without your permission.

If you would like to see what details are held about you, or to request the removal of your record from the database, please email privacy@liddellgrainger.org.uk

Other Information

No cookies are used on this web site. The web server logs record details such as date/time of visit and which pages were viewed, but the logs do not reveal any personal details about you

This web site is owned by Ian Liddell-Grainger and financed through the Parliamentary Members' Allowance (but it actually costs peanuts to run)
